At IP Telecom we are aware of the gaps that are currently in place around the shortage of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) occupations. As a Tech company we understand that addressing this traditional underrepresentation of women in the Telecom and Tech space is something that should be taken seriously by all employers in the sector.
As such we actively recruit gender neutral in all our roles, and firmly believe as a company that the best person for the job is just that – a person. This is why as a company we have achieved a near 50:50 Male to Female ratio in our company, which represents the natural ratio in society as a whole.
