At IP Telecom we understand that our people are the key to our success. Every member of the IP Telecom team brings a range of skills to the company and whilst we continue to grow as a company, it’s vital that we take the time to learn a bit more about each other, have a little fun along the way, but also take the opportunity to find out how people are getting on within the company and what people are liking about working here.
That’s why we launched We Are IP Telecom. We Are IP Telecom runs regular surveys to ensure that there’s always a voice for every member of the team in what we do as a company. We have also organised companywide skills training, ensuring that everyone learns a little more, and that we continue to put our customers – both internal and external – front and central to everything we do.
Further to this, as we like to have a bit of fun along the way, We Are IP Telecom also run regular company events such as the Christmas and Summer Parties, quizzes, treasure hunt, trips to the Leopardstown races and more.
We Are IP Telecom is joined in our endeavours by our Sports and Social Club, a staff organised events and social committee that runs separate events outside of company days.
