IP Telecom acquires Centrecom as Growth Continues

IP Telecom, today - March 4th, 2024 - announced the successful acquisition of Centrecom Systems Limited.

 

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in IP Telecom’s growth journey. Founded in 2005 Centrecom is a leading provider of managed connectivity, Voice and IT solutions. Through integrating both entities, IP Telecom will offer a new level of enhanced services to its customers, with particular emphasis on bringing Centrecom’s managed connectivity expertise to the fore as part of its communications offerings.

This strategic acquisition comes on the heels of IP Telecom’s recent injection of €6 million in investment capital from Development Capital, highlighting the company's commitment to expansion and innovation, and the recent strengthening of its board, with the appointment of Edel Creely as Chair.
